Officer Joseph joined the force in 2003 as a part time officer. In addition to working with the Macungie Police Department he is also a full time Deputy Sheriff in Lehigh County.

Officer Joseph has training in both criminal law and civil law. He is one of the department's bicycle officers.

When on duty Officer Joseph ensures motorists are safe as they pass through the borough. He is always keeping busy conducting traffic enforcement.
